Yesterday I started having a fever. I didn't eat anything, just went to bed earlier. This morning I was still not good, so I drank two glasses of water. For lunch I had one pear, one apple, one lemon and some pieces of coconut. Then I allowed myself some siesta. Now I feel much better... maybe I get an ice cream and I'll be good to go again. Having someone else to share all this is also a healthy practice.
